Its important when brushing Craftmaster Coach Enamel not to add thinners. Instead  this Brushing Additive has been specially formulated to ease paint flow and make brushing easier when conditions demand it. Add 2-5% 

Please don't over-treat the paint, it should be at the right consistency to start with or very close. Over treating will lead to reduced paint build and an increased risk of fading / paint system failure
