Shop our website as usual. When you are ready to place your order choose ‘Store Collection’ from the delivery options. If you have an account with us you will need to be logged in. If you are a new customer we just need a few details from you.
We try to give you accurate information on our store about availability of our products, and you can always contact us to check whether an item is in stock.
Once you have made your payment we will email you with your order number. Please bring this with you when you collect your order.
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Orders are often available to collect same day. Sometimes there may be a delay before all the items you have ordered are ready to collect. If you have a query then please contact us, quoting your order number.
Uncollected orders will be returned to stock 7 days after we have called you to confirm it’s ready to collect. We will refund you the full amount of your order.
Simply reply to your order confirmation email saying you would like to cancel your order and we will arrange a refund.
We can ship your order to you (apart from any items marked for store collection only; these cannot be sent by post or carrier). Contact us with details of your preferred delivery address. We will advise you of postage costs, if any, and arrange for your order to be shipped.
